Over nearly a decade with this company, I rose from part-time outlet store cashier to jewelry department manager, and finally to the role of an accredited jewelry professional and copywriter in their Product Information department. In that role, I produced creative and brand marketing copy, worked with internal QA and external vendors to bring the most accurate information about our products to our customer, and wrote and distributed a quarterly jewelry trends newsletter.
